I would like to everyone know about this book BEFORE they spend thwir money on it. UNLESS you plan on spending a lot of money on organic foods, a juicer, and every other expensive tool needed. I agree with her methods. However you have to be able to AFFORD to eat the products she talks about.

Having worked in Rome as a preservationist and teacher for the last 15 years, archaeologist Darius Arya (@saverome) has a keen knowledge of the city’s rich structural history.
